A repeat customer after having soffits, fascia’s and gutters done a couple of years ago. Recently we initially booked for dry ridge system fitting, but the week before found I had a roof leak penetrating to the bedroom ceiling. Contacted FSG and Lee came out on a Sunday to see how bad it was and give advice. Managed to control the water temporarily whilst the weather improved to prevent further damage to ceiling. Great communication both phone and txt; arranging date and materials to repair. Attended on next decent weather date, starting with the leak, removed a few tiles to find the leak. But uncovered a design fault in the roof gully. They could have done a temporary repair but showed me the fault. I chose a permanent solution a dry gully system. It did mean scaffolding but SFG organised everything. Value for money, reliable, professional family company highly recommended.

We had fascia boards and guttering installed. The whole experience was a positive one from the initial visit to quote, with no pressure, to installation. I would highly recommend FSG! Replaced Facia, Soffits and Guttering. Came round to give quote, explained what work would be carried out. Competitively priced. Did the work in a day. Removed all old material and tidied up after they finished. Would use again.
